Designed in conjunction with the ASICS Institute of Sports Science (ISS) in Japan, the METARUN shoe originally debuted as a long-distance running style to help runners go further, while making a breakthrough in technology and comfort.

FLYTEFOAM technology in the midsole is approx. 55% lighter than industry standard E.V.A foams, while the ADAPTTRUSS technology, METACLUTCH technology, and X-GEL technology work in unison with each other to promote lightweight stability and energized cushioning.
